Prof. Dr. Marcus Priyo Gunarto, S.H., M.Hum. is a Professor in the Department of Criminal Law, Faculty of Law, Universitas Gadjah Mada, with expertise in criminal law and criminal procedure, criminology, victimology, comparative law, and the integrated criminal justice system. Throughout his academic career, he has been actively engaged in legal education, research, and the development of criminal law scholarship, including issues concerning the reform of criminal law and criminal procedure in Indonesia.
